Vintage POINTER by W. MURAD “303” Pistol Grips
A pair of vintage POINTER-brand pistol grips by W. Murad, marked with the “303” model number and produced in a distinctive early composite material. These grips feature a rich brown coloration with a smooth, comfortable target-style profile, designed to provide a fuller hand-filling shape compared to the slimmer factory panels of the era. The face of each grip displays an attractive floral pattern molded into the surface, a hallmark of Murad’s decorative style and one of the reasons these grips are sought after by collectors today.
The composite material remains solid with no cracks, and the molded detailing retains good definition for its age. POINTER/Murad grips were commonly sold as aftermarket, pattern-fit replacements for a variety of period handguns, and surviving examples—especially in the ornate 303 style—are increasingly hard to find. This set is an excellent piece for collectors of early pistol accessories or anyone looking to complete a historically accurate display with a unique and visually appealing vintage grip design.
