Description
This Zastava M77 magazine is a 10-round steel magazine made for the Zastava Arms M77 rifle chambered in .308 Winchester / 7.62×51 NATO. The magazine features a heavy steel body with long reinforcing ribs. In addition, it has a dark black military-style finish.
This example is offered in used condition. The body shows scratches, finish wear, handling marks, and areas of exposed metal from prior use. However, the steel body remains well defined and retains much of its original dark finish. Please carefully review all photographs for the exact condition, markings, finish, and completeness of the magazine.
Zastava M77 Magazine
The Zastava M77 belongs to Zastava’s line of AK-pattern rifles built around the larger .308 Winchester and 7.62×51 NATO cartridges. As a result, M77 magazines are larger than standard 7.62×39 AK magazines.
This example has a 10-round capacity. Therefore, it offers a shorter profile than the larger-capacity M77 magazines. Its compact size also makes the 10-round version easy to identify when displayed beside full-size M77 magazines.
Steel Magazine Construction
The magazine uses an all-steel body with several long ribs pressed into its sides. These ribs add strength while also giving the magazine its distinctive appearance.
In addition, the upper section includes the locking surfaces required by the M77 magazine system. The dark finish shows honest wear from use and storage. Several scratches and worn areas are visible, especially near the upper portion of the body.
Used Condition
This Zastava M77 magazine is being sold as a used magazine. It shows clear signs of previous handling and use. However, the wear also gives it the appearance expected from an older steel rifle magazine.
The photographs provide the best representation of its current condition. Therefore, buyers should review them closely before purchase.
M77 Rifle Accessory
Overall, this Zastava M77 magazine is a useful accessory for the Zastava M77 platform. Its 10-round capacity, steel construction, black finish, and .308 / 7.62×51 configuration make it a desirable spare or replacement magazine.
