Description
This is an authentic Imperial German WWI Prussian enlisted man’s belt buckle, Model 1915. Constructed with a nickel-silver body and a brass roundel, it features the traditional Prussian crown in the center, encircled by a laurel wreath and the motto “Gott Mit Uns” (God With Us).
The M1915 pattern represented a wartime economy design, replacing the earlier all-brass models with nickel and steel-based examples to conserve resources while still maintaining the distinctive look of the Imperial Army. This example shows service wear and patina from age but retains solid structure and detail.
