This is an authentic WWII German Luftwaffe enlisted man’s/NCO belt and buckle set. The buckle is the Luftwaffe EM/NCO pattern, constructed of steel and clearly maker-marked “RS&S” (Richard Sieper & Söhne, Lüdenscheid), one of the most recognized buckle manufacturers of the period.
The accompanying leather belt is stamped “Wittkop & Co. Bielefeld”, another documented wartime supplier. The belt retains its wartime blackened finish, with stitching and hardware intact, showing honest service wear consistent with use.
