Authentic WWII Japanese Aviator Goggles – With Box
Offered here is an original set of WWII Japanese naval aviator goggles, complete with storage box. These goggles were standard equipment for Imperial Japanese Navy pilots and remain a scarce example of wartime aviation gear.
The goggles feature a metal frame with dual glass lenses. One lens shows a crack at the corner, though both remain intact and stable. The frame displays even age patina, while the original strap and fittings are present with expected wear. Interior padding is still in place, showing the construction methods typical of Japanese flight gear from this period.
The set retains its original box, which shows surface wear from storage but remains solid and legible. Having both the goggles and box together is unusual, as most surviving examples are found without their original container.
