Terms and Conditions – Old Steel Historical Firearms
1. Order Placement and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you’re submitting a request to purchase the items listed. Once we receive your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. However, this does not mean the order has been accepted. Orders are only confirmed once they have been packed and shipped.
All payments must be completed at checkout. All prices are in U.S. Dollars, and applicable taxes or government fees are your responsibility. For international orders, please note that your bank or card issuer may charge additional fees — Old Steel is not liable for those. Unauthorized chargebacks are not permitted and will be subject to recovery fees.
2. Wholesale Orders
There is no minimum order requirement for wholesale customers, including first-time purchases. Please note that custom products may require longer processing times and could involve additional non-listed fees. For any questions related to custom orders, contact us at sales@oldsteelguns.com before placing your order.
3. Product Pricing and Availability
We make every effort to keep our pricing and inventory information accurate. However, errors may occur. Some items—especially antique or limited stock—may be unavailable or incorrectly priced. We will contact you if any issue arises with your order. Listing a product does not guarantee its availability or final price.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within five (5) business days. All packages are shipped exclusively through USPS, UPS, or FedEx — we do not use any other carriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with an updated invoice and tracking number.
All shipments are sent under Free Carrier (F.C.A.) terms: ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within two (2) days of delivery. Please keep all original packaging and provide clear photos and proof of the condition of the package and its contents. Failure to report any issues within this timeframe may void your eligibility for a return or refund.
You are also responsible for any additional fees or penalties related to refused or undeliverable shipments.
5. Drop Shipping and Third-Party Orders
We offer blind drop shipping within the continental U.S. at no additional charge. No Old Steel branding or invoice will appear in the package. Please specify drop shipping instructions during checkout. If you require multiple shipping addresses, extra fees may apply.
By requesting drop shipping or third-party delivery, you agree to hold Old Steel harmless for any loss or damage once the package leaves our facility.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Approved returns may be refunded, exchanged, or issued store credit. If the return is not due to our error or a defective product, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the issue was caused by us.
Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and include your invoice or order number. Items returned in altered or damaged condition will be sent back at your expense. No returns or refunds will be issued after 30 days.
7. Billing Issues
Please report any billing discrepancies within thirty (30) days of the transaction. After that, all charges will be considered final and accepted.
8. Mobile Marketing Alerts (SMS)
Old Steel offers marketing and promotional alerts via SMS for exclusive offers, product updates, restocks, and cart reminders. By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring text messages to the number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You do not have to agree to SMS messages to make a purchase. To unsubscribe at any time, text STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, or email us at sales@oldsteelguns.com. After unsubscribing, you will receive a confirmation message.
We are not responsible for delayed, incomplete, or undelivered messages. Carrier support may vary by provider.
Marketing & Communications Clause
By placing a bid or completing a purchase on our website, you agree that OLD STEEL HISTORICAL FIREARMS LLC may use the contact information you provide (such as name, email, and phone number) to send promotional messages, product updates, and marketing communications by text or email.
You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in each message. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within two (2) days of delivery. To process your claim, we require clear photos of the box, the product, and any visible damage. Please keep all original packaging materials.
We take these matters seriously and will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Delivery Issues
We retain all tracking and shipping records.
- If the issue was due to an error on our part, we will cover all associated costs.
- If the shipping carrier is responsible (e.g., package lost or damaged in transit), we will assist you in resolving the issue with them.
- If incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or replacement costs.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on local, state, or federal regulations.
