Terms and Conditions – Old Steel Historical Artifacts

1. Legal Compliance

All buyers must comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of historical artifacts, ammunition, and related products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and follow the laws of their jurisdiction before completing a purchase.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years or older to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Collectible Products

All products are sold as collectibles, and any decision to use them is at the buyer’s sole risk and responsibility.

4. Payment and Security

All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. We do not store or have access to credit card information at any point.

5. Shipping Policy

We typically ship within 3–5 business days after receiving payment and verifying any necessary documents. Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product and buyer’s preference.

6. Returns and Cancellations

All sales are considered final unless the item received is materially different from the description provided on the product listing.
Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery if there is any issue with the item.
Returns Within 5 Days
If a return request is made within 5 days of delivery and the return is approved:
The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Old Steel Historical Firearms will provide the return shipping label.
Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

Returns After 5 Days
Return requests made after the 5-day period may be considered at our discretion under the following conditions:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Partial refund eligibility will apply as follows:
6–30 days after delivery: up to 30% refund of the purchase price.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items that show signs of installation, use, modification, or damage may not be eligible for any refund.
Due to variations between firearm manufacturers and models, compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every firearm platform, even within the same pattern family.
All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Old Steel Historical Firearms reserves the right to approve or deny any return request at its sole discretion.

7.  Limitation of Liability

Old Steel Historical Artifacts is not liable for misuse, damage, injury, or legal consequences resulting from the possession or use of any item purchased through this website. All items are sold as-is and without warranty unless explicitly stated.
