Description
Original Russian PU scope base manufactured for the Mosin-Nagant M91/30 sniper rifle. Constructed from blued steel, this base was designed to mount the iconic PU 3.5x sniper scope to the Mosin-Nagant, the standard Soviet sniper rifle of the Second World War.
The PU scope system became one of the most recognizable sniper configurations of WWII, used extensively by Soviet marksmen and famously fielded by snipers such as Vasily Zaitsev. The base attaches securely to the left side of the rifle’s receiver and supports the PU mount and optic.
