Description

Original U.S. Inert M72A3 Light Anti-Armor Weapon (LAW) Tube — Early 1980s Production

Offered here is an authentic early-1980s production M72A3 Light Anti-Armor Weapon (LAW) tube, rendered and sold as an inert / demilitarized display piece. The M72A3 is the evolutive, lightweight shoulder-fired anti-armor rocket system issued to U.S. and allied forces during the Cold War era; this example is a correct period tube reflecting early A3 modification production.

The tube retains original form and external finish typical of service issue, with visible stamped lot and production markings where present. Hardware such as the aft sight housings, firing mechanism housings, and external latches are intact and display service-age wear and handling patina consistent with long storage and surplus handling. The front sighting glass is not present.

A complete, period-correct example of an M72A3 tube is a strong addition to Cold War small-arms and anti-armor collections, military museums, or educational displays documenting infantry anti-tank doctrine and equipment from the late 20th century. Photographs show the exact item offered.
