Description
Authentic German WWII NSDAP Political Leader’s belt buckle, die-struck in gilt-finished aluminum and marked RZM M4/77 for Gebrüder Gloerfeld of Lüdenscheid, an authorized Third Reich insignia manufacturer.
The buckle features the national eagle clutching a swastika, surrounded by an oak leaf wreath. Political Leader buckles were distinct from military issue examples and were worn by members of the NSDAP political leadership corps with their brown dress and service uniforms.
The reverse of this buckle is clearly RZM-marked, confirming authenticity and correct manufacture under the Reichszeugmeisterei system. This type is highly collectible due to its limited political issue and association with NSDAP leadership ranks.
