This is an original German Police black leather Walther magazine pouch and intended for use with Walther P.38 magazines.
The pouch is constructed of black-dyed leather, consistent with German police issue, and exhibits an honest patina that strongly suggests extended field use rather than postwar storage. The leather remains pliable and serviceable, with no evidence of modern restoration. Stitching throughout is tight and intact, showing expected wear but no separation.
