Description
This is an authentic early German Hitler Youth Deutsches Jungvolk (DJ) belt buckle, issued to members of the junior branch of the Hitler Youth. Constructed of stamped metal, it features the classic single rune (sigrune) within a diamond, the distinctive symbol of the DJ, surrounded by a circular border.
These early buckles were specifically designed for boys aged 10–14 in the Deutsches Jungvolk, before they progressed into the Hitler Youth proper. The buckle shows age, patina, and service wear, but retains its emblem clearly, making it a desirable and collectible piece of early Third Reich youth organization militaria.
