Description
Original Imperial German enlisted man’s leather belt with buckle, issued to a Prussian soldier during the late First World War.
The buckle is the classic Prussian “crown” design, featuring the “Gott Mit Uns” motto encircling the imperial crown. Constructed of steel with a field-grey finish, this late-war buckle replaced earlier brass examples as wartime material shortages increased. The belt is made of sturdy black/brown leather with period adjustment holes, showing honest service use.
