US M1917 Rifle Bayonet – Remington Manufactured with GF & MF marked Leather Sheath
Offered here is an authentic US M1917 bayonet, manufactured by Remington, complete with its original GF-marked leather sheath. This bayonet was issued for the M1917 Enfield rifle and represents a classic example of U.S. military edged weapons used during World War I and later conflicts.
The blade retains its original profile with age-appropriate patina and minor service wear, while the grips remain solid but is missing aprox 1/3 of the left side grip panel. The leather sheath, stamped with a GF touchmark, is structurally sound and retains its original stitching, providing both protection and historical authenticity.
